The Guest House Pongola exceeded our expectations during our month-long holiday tour. Among the many places we stayed, this hotel stood out as one of the best. Its serene and tranquil ambiance provided us with much-needed peace and quiet. The friendly staff and well-maintained facilities made our stay exceptionally special. We were impressed by the attention to detail in our cozy and comfortable family room, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The delicious breakfast options, including eggs, sausages, bread, cereals, and fruits. The location right next to the highway was convenient for our travels.

The Garden and pool area at The Guest House were incredibly relaxing and provided a perfect escape from the busy city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Great for a pit stop! Our family enjoyed the comfy beds and the hearty breakfast provided. The location was perfect for our road trip, it was conveniently situated along the main highway. We appreciated the pool after a long drive, it was a treat to have a dip before bed. Overall a lovely experience, perfect for a quick stopover.

The room was a bit on the small side and it felt stuffy. We wished there was a small fridge in the room for our snacks and drinks.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean family room with a comfortable garden view. The double basin in the bathroom was also a nice touch. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, even serving breakfast as per our request. Additionally, the location right next to the highway made it a convenient stop-over on our journey.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is excellent as it is right next to the highway, making it very convenient to find. Secondly, the rooms are affordable yet still offer all basic amenities, including a shower, which was very clean. Lastly, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. All of these positive elements make this hotel a great value for money.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and there were no negative aspects.

They were very hospitable and friendly, making us feel right at home during our city break. the location was perfect, conveniently situated near key attractions and shopping areas. the room we stayed in had a private patio with a lovely view of the garden, which was a great advantage. Plus, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The road leading up to the hotel was a bit of a bumpy ride, with potholes causing some inconvenience during the drive. the parking spaces were a bit narrow, which was not ideal for our bakkie.
